I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was really close to local shops and the center of town:)))

The noise from the cleaning staff slamming the main door early in the morning was frustrating. The dim lighting in my room. I felt quite uncomfortable throughout the night without a proper sleeping environment.

The Burrell House had a great vibe with its retro modernized look. The room felt clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. Check-in was straightforward with contactless communication. I liked having a microwave and fridge in the room for convenience. Being within walking distance to Keene's downtown made exploring easy. I enjoyed dining at Luca restaurant, and the food there was excellent. I did face some challenges. There was quite a bit of noise from the portable AC unit, hard to have a conversation. The Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times. The mattress felt a bit worn out, impacting my sleep. I felt comfortable but the room could use some updates.

I stayed for 2 nights and would absolutely return. the location was fantastic, conveniently close to local shops, eateries, and great restaurants. Plus, it was situated right in the heart of Jackson. the hotel room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.
